1. Competition commences Thursday 13th May, 2010 and closes Sunday 15th August, 2010.
2. All entry forms from every Movie Masters’ cinema location will be combined, from which one winner will be drawn on Friday 27th August, 2010 by a Movie Masters representative to determine the major prize winner.
3. The major prize consists of AU$10,000 and will be transferred to the winner in the form of a bank deposit or bank cheque.
4. Should the major winner be a Movie Masters Loyalty Club member, defined as a Kids Club, SilverScreen, AceCard or GrandCard member, they will also receive a Movie Masters Gold Pass, entitling the holder to free movies for 12 months from the date of issue for a family of four people. Gold Pass is not valid for entry to Ace Cine Gold Lounge, 3D or special event screenings and cannot be transferred or sold. Each family member must provide photo identification.
5. The X-PASS holder is entitled to one upgrade of either a medium Coca Cola™ to a large Coca Cola™ or a medium Popcorn to a large Popcorn, per cinema visit. The upgrade privilege is non-transferable and only valid when seeing an X-PASS film.
6. The X-PASS holder must see three of the eleven nominated X-PASS films to receive a free medium Coca Cola™

• Not transferrable or exchangeable for cash
• Copy or facsimilie of pass not accepted
• X-PASS upgrade offer does not apply to Free Medium  Coca Cola™ voucher
8. The X-PASS holder must see five of the eleven X-PASS films to receive a free movie pass and go into the draw to win the major prize of AU$10,000 cash.
9. Free Movie Pass conditions.
• Not valid for movies advertised as ‘No Free List/Passes’ or after 5pm Saturday
• Copy or facsimile of pass not acceptable
• Not transferable or exchangeable for cash
• Not valid for 3D or special event screenings
• Not valid at Ace Cine Gold Lounge
• Valid for one admit only
10. The eleven X-PASS films are Robin Hood, Prince of Persia, Streetdance 3D, A-Team, Get Him To The Greek, Toy Story 3, Grown Ups, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, The Karate Kid, Predators, and Knight and Day.
11. The winner will be notified by phone within three working days of the major prize draw. The winner must provide a working phone number and be contactable on that number between Friday 27th August, 2010 and Friday 10th September, 2010. Once contacted, the winner will then be required to present in person with relevant identification to claim the prize.
12. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, or does not present in person between the above dates they will forego the prize.
13. The winner, by accepting the prize, will agree to participate in any associated publicity.
14. An original entry form is required and no facsimiles photocopies will be accepted.
15. The prize offered is non-negotiable and must be taken as offered.
16. The Movie Masters, Ace Cinemas and Grand Cinemas will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this prize.
17. Employees and immediate family of The Movie Masters, Ace Cinemas or Grand Cinemas are ineligible to enter.
18. This promotion is the property of The Movie Masters, 2010.
