THE MOVIE MASTERS / CLASH OF THE TITANS PROMOTION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Competition commences Thursday 1st April 2010 and closes Thursday 6th May 2010.
All entry forms from every Movie Masters’ cinema location will be combined, from which one winner will be drawn on Friday 14th May, 2010 by a Movie Masters representative to determine the major prize winner.
The major prize consists of the following:
- Two nights accommodation at Rydges Perth for two adults
- Dinner at CBD Bar & Restaurant for two people on Saturday 31st July, 2010
- Two standard tickets to the Western Derby at Subiaco Oval on 1st August, 2010
- A chauffeur driven Jaguar to escort winner to the game, and then to home after the game on 1st August, 2010
The prize winner will be notified by phone and by accepting the prize will agree to participate in any associated publicity.
All additional costs are at the expense of the prize winner.
The prize must be utilised within the following dates; Friday 30th July – Sunday 1st August.
The prize winners must be aged 18 years or above.
The prize must be taken as supplied and cannot be transferred, modified, sold or exchanged for cash in part or in total.
In the event that the prize winner is country based, the winners will be chauffeured back to Rydges Perth after the Western Derby on 1st August, 2010.
The Movie Masters, Grand Cinemas, Ace Cinemas, Warner Bros Pictures, Roadshow Films, Barbagallo, Rydges, and WA Football Commission will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this prize.
Employees and immediate family of The Movie Masters, Ace Cinemas, Grand Cinemas, Roadshow Films, Warner Bros Pictures, Barbagallo, Rydges, and WA Football Commission are ineligible to enter.
An original entry form is required and no facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted.
Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions.
